But it’s not the kind of refugees that the European Parliaments likes to talk about…
The Hungarian prime minister, Mr Victor Orban, has done much to raise concerns for the European Union’s handling of the so-called “refugee crisis”. When countries like Sweden and Germany argued that all who wanted was welcome in Europe, no matter the consequences, Mr Orban spoke about the dangers of this policy. For that he, and the Hungarian people, have been branded xenophobic by the recruits and the left wing and liberal media.
But after a speech held by the Hungarian prime minister in February 2017 it is obvious that Mr Orban and his country are just the opposite of what they have been branded. What he said was this:
“We shall let in true refugees, Germans, Dutch, French and Italians, terrified politicians and journalists who here in Hungary went to find the Europe they have lost in their homelands.”
We thank the prime minister for his open heart and open arms. Hopefully we won’t have to take his invitation and solve the problems plaguing our European homelands, but if the day comes when a tactical retreat is the only way forward, many will be able to find a safe haven in Hungary.
The prime minister also pointed out the danger of liberal politics and blamed it for the dire situation the Europe is facing:
“This is how the world’s most bizarre coalition of people smugglers, human rights activists and elite European politicians came into existence, specifically to deliberately bring millions of migrants into Europe”
